- techcombank
♡ pay 70% upfront; pay the remaining 30% after base color.
♡ the art will not be continue until the payment is received by me.
♡ no refunds after approved base.

꒰১ client requirements ໒꒱

♡ please provide these info, this is a must so I wouldn't get confused during the process doing your art:
- charater/oc's desc ( design ; color palette ; personality ; ..etc)
- clear image of your reference
- overall theme ; expressions & atmosphere
- ... more
♡ if any information is missing and affects a lot on the art, then it is fully, 100% your responsibility to take.
♡ the commission will be posted for showcasing and advertising. if you want it to be privated, it will +25% of the total price.
♡ any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees will be your responsibility to bear.

꒰১ time and process ໒꒱

♡ process will be shown and updated to you, so you don't have to worry about cannot fixing some mistakes during the process.
♡the artwork will be finished in about 6 days to 2 weeks or more depending on my avability; the amount of art i have or the complexity of the artwork.
♡ if you want it to be finished faster then it would be +30% added to the total price as a rushing fee.
♡ my timezone is gmt +7; Vietnam.

꒰১ refund and cancellations ໒꒱

♡ you have the right to request a refund if the artwork is not finished or no process of the artwork in 2 months.
♡ after the product is at its final / finished / sent to you, you may not request a refund under any circumstances.
♡ any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in cancelling your order.
♡ i have every right to cancel or refuse to do your order if you're not wiling to cooperate with me.

꒰১ personal & commercial use ໒꒱

♡ the artwork you were sent is for personal use. any use for commercial / reselling purposes or anything other than personal use has to be approved beforehand by me. this requires both agreements from the client and the seller clarifying their specific conditions and cost implications of the use of the product.
♡ i have all the rights to post these artwork, unless payed otherwise as i am the artist.
♡ all character design belongs to its owner, i will not claim it for myself.
♡ feeding the artwork to AI / stealing is prohibited and doing any of these will lead u to get reported / put into the blacklist / exposed to the internet.
♡ please credit me if you're printing / using the artwork for pfp/banners.
